What does back order mean?
Back Order means that your product is not in stock available for immediate delivery and will need to be ordered in especially for you therefore please allow approximately 10-21 days Australian postal delivery and for OS customers 14-28 days. Usually checking the bullet points on the products page will give you some indication as to whether your lingerie is in stock or not.
 
Errors
Encountered an error such as ERROR - 10001 (unfortuantely there are no shipping methods available for your order) etc. Please contact us as an error with the weight of the item you have just selected has occured and will need to be manually corrected our end. Please email us with the product code or the name of the product so we can fix it for you. How should I wash and dry my bra?  
You should always hand wash your bra in a product that is recommended for delicate fabrics as your bra is made up of several different fabrics and could become distorted in shape as some materials shrink if proper care is not taken and air dry it! You should never tumble dry your bra again this could cause the materials to shrink
  
At what stage should I buy a maternity bra? 
When your regular fashion bras become uncomfortable is a good indicater, most ladies purchase maternity bras towards the end of the first trimester and may need to purchases different sizes as their pregnancy advances.
  
Whats the difference between a maternity bra and a nursing bra? 
The are both really great bras designed to support the weight of the breasts and to eliminate bounce, the difference is the nursing bra allows for easy opening, they have a drop cup so that you can feed bub with out taking your bra off.
